| After retiring from Eglin Air Force Base in 1974, Mr. John Wise began his power equipment business as a hobby. While his wife Edna handled the bookkeeping, he and his first part-time mechanic attempted to keep up with customers' needs. After enormous growth and relocating the business from his barn to a new facility on Highway 85, Crestview, he invited his youngest son, Jim Wise, to join him in the business. When talking with these two "Wise" men, it is easy to see what is most important in their lives: they both love the Lord and are faithfully committed to their church; they have a strong belief in the importance of family; and, finally, they believe in completely dedicating their efforts here at Wise Equipment to the service of people. The business is now owned by John Wise, and his wife Edna, and Jim Wise, and his wife Lynne. |
